In short

- We act on complete notices promptly.
The summary is for convenience; the full text below is what applies.
Content we show
BlackSlate shows information about published works, including titles, short descriptions and, in some places, cover images or artwork, to identify the works our research describes. Users can also upload their own content. We respect intellectual property and will remove material where a rights owner shows it infringes their rights.
How to send a notice
Write to legal@blackslate.ai with:
- Your name and contact details, and the name of the rights owner if you act for them.
- The work you believe is being infringed.
- The address of the page, or a description precise enough for us to find the material.
- Why you believe the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where appropriate. Where content was uploaded by a user, we will tell them and give them the chance to respond. We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing material.
